Melinda Young is a Registered Medical Assistant. Her broad experience in managing medical records, billing and assisting practitioners in the local region provides our clients with fast results when they run into insurance questions.
Kathy Short, RRT
In the medical profession for 32 years, Kathy has experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, home health aide and EMT. She works in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and home settings to care for her patients and to assist their families. Kathy enjoys her patients and shares her knowledge to alert them to medication concerns, key questions to ask their doctors and what to expect with their conditions. She is a volunteer EMT and volunteers to deliver food to the elderly and disabled for the Monroe Food Pantry.
Diane Czerniawski, EMT
Diane's unique blend of skills in patient care, contacts with medical practices and business management is well used by our clients. She has experience as a practice liason for radiology and home health agencies. Diane is also an educator and business manager. She serves as an EMT in Monroe.
Sylvia King, EMT
Sylvia has great empathy for the elderly from her life experiences caring for her own parents. Sylvia has both patient management and business management skills. Sylvia is patient and a skilled educator, interested in teaching family members how to advocate. She serves as an EMT in Monroe.
Paula Scott, EMT
Paula is a certified medical technologist at Danbury Hospital, as well as an EMT for the Town of Monroe. She has been in healthcare for the last eight years. Prior to that, Paula was in Marketing for Pitney Bowes. Paula has volunteered to work with the elderly over the last four years. She is effective and efficient in her work and values her many friendships with the elderly.
Kimberly Cassia, EMT
Kim brings a unique perspective since she is the Elderly Services Coordinator for the Town of Monroe, in addition to her role as an EMT and Fire Chief. Her sense of humor, efficiency and dedication to the elderly makes it a joy to work with Kim.
