Do you require a signed contract?

Client services are on a "fee for service" basis.  We do require a signed contract, or  a "Release for Information and Authorization for Services"  plus a retainer. The retainer amount is based upon the complexity of the desired services. The contract can be can be cancelled at any time with a refund of unused retainer monies.
