A Patient Advocate Contractor provides the exchange of information between the Patient & Health Care Provider in order to facilitate effective treatment and services. This professional must have active CT medical certification in EMT, Paramedic, Medical Technician, Medical Assistant, or more advanced medical certification. Prior experience with the elderly and end of life issues is a plus.

A Client Bookkeeping Contractor develops household budgets, manages bill payment and reporting. This professional has prior experience with basic accounting and bookkeeping. Experience with QuickBooks and MS Access is required. Prior experience with medical billing, coding, or certification in RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, or CPC-H is a plus.

A Move Management Contractor helps clients determine the best options for their next move, based on the budget and their needs. They arrange for the physical move and orienting the client to the new surroundings. Hands on experience with community agencies, project management, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities is a plus.
